1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
- PayPal via PayPal, PayPal account is required. Free Returns by PayPal.
- Visa, MasterCard, Amex cards via PayPal, PayPal account is not required
- Visa & MasterCard cards through our Australian bank online payment system
- Visa & MasterCard cards through Afterpay. Buy Now Pay Later.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders for stock items will be processed and shipped within 1 business day
- Orders for sold items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days as we need a time to make them for that orders

3. ORDER DELIVERY TIME
- Domestic order delivery time is 1 to 3 business days to any location in Australia
- International order delivery time is 5 to 10 business days to any location in the world
- We don't send orders to Post Office Boxes if they are not paid by verified PayPal account

4. RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY 

We accept return for exchange if wrong size is selected within 15 days from the date of delivery with the same style and price item. Cost of shipping in case of exchange payable by the customer. Return and exchange of shoe care products are not acceptable. Return for refund is not acceptable. 

5. REFUND POLICY
Full refund will be made if we are not able to ship ordered item on time and if customer is not willing to wait longer than a standard order processing time or if supplied item has a manufacturing fault and customer is not willing to get new replacement item.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
We take the protection and use of our customer's personal information seriously. We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences with regard to how we use your information are our highest priority. We don't share customer's personal information with anyone.

7. CUSTOMERS DATA SAFETY
All pages of our online store are protected with 256 bit SSL Certificate.

8. OUR WARRANTY
Our goods are warranted against defective craftsmanship for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If faulty item is repairable then it will be repaired, if faulty item is not repairable then it will be replaced with a new item. Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover wear and tear as well as damages due to careless and negligent wearing.

9. OUR BRANDS
We sell two brands of our authentic original Australian ugg boots made in Australia.
Our domestic brand "AUSTRALIAN UGG ORIGINAL" is shipped within Australia.
Our international brand "AUSTRALIAN ORIGINAL" is shipped outside of Australia.
